Who We Are
HVRC empowers people to generate a life of vitality and purpose, and bolster resilience to thrive even in the face of adversity and our modern challenges. HVRC guides individuals to take charge of their own well-being by cultivating their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual resources, resulting in courage, hope, and dignity.
Our Research and Methodology
Research shows that our levels of resilience and well-being have a direct impact on all aspects of our lives, including our careers, relationships, and health. Science also shows that we can learn and cultivate the skills needed to build our happiness, well-being, vitality, and personal resilience, enabling us to respond more effectively and positively to the demands and challenges of our daily lives.
All of HVRC’s programs have been developed from a substantial body of scientific evidence on resilience, well-being, and happiness studies. We integrate the latest research from multiple disciplines, including neuroscience, psychology, positive psychology, physiology, and leadership studies. Additionally, specific programs also include research in the fields of history, international relations, democracy studies, and behavioral economics. All HVTC programs are trauma sensitive.
