This workshop introduces participants to fundamentals of resilience based on scientific research and provides tools and techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime. You will learn practices which quickly boost your emotional resilience and help you find your calm center. You will recognize how your brain reacts to stressful situations and discover how to shift to a more positive response, preventing burnout and restoring balance.
